7.) Analyst Credit Control


Location: Lagos, NG

Job Summary
Provide support on credit vetting and credit management allocated postpaid accounts

Principal Functions
  • Pass approved adjustments (credit/ debit notes) on subscribers accounts
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of insurance schedule
  • Review monthly bills and ensure data are run accurately
  • Reconcile all postpaid subscribers accounts
  • Closely maintain activities of closed user groups (CUGs) addition, removal and suspension
  • Provide support to Experience Centres and Corporate Sector teams on resolution of postpaid queries
  • Ensure all postpaid journals are raised within the assigned timelines
  • Ensure timely preparation of all reports and generate ad hoc reports as may be required

  • First degree or equivalent in relevant Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

Experience,Skills & Competencies
  • Between 1 and 3 years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience

8.) Senior Engineer Circuit Switch and Value Added Service



Location: Abuja,NG

Job Summary

  • Operate, maintain and administer VAS platforms/ systems to ensure 24/ 7 availability and stability
  • Work closely with vendors in the testing, implementation and maintenance of services as required by the business (commercial and marketing requirements)

Principal Functions

  • Implement measures to ensure 99.9% network availability of CS VAS nodes
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of faults and failures on CS VAS nodes to determine root causes and conduct corrective actions for permanent resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure all CS VAS equipment and services are properly operated and well maintained
  • Collaborate in configuration management to ensure proper implementation
  • Analyze daily generated alarms and error logs
  • Interface with service vendors on CS VAS-related activities
  • Work closely with other stakeholders such as the Products & Services, Customer Care and Network Planning teams to deliver quality VAS
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager-CS VAS

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or HND in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Computer Engineering
  • Postgraduate/ professional qualifications in related fields will be an added advantage

Experience Skills & Competencies

  • At least 4 years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience working in VAS domain
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong customer-focus skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of VAS call flows and connectivity with external networks
  • Good knowledge of CS VAS and hands-on experience with VAS platforms such as: SMSC and SMSGW, CRBT, VMSC, Voice SMS, USSDC, IVR, MCN, OTA services and SS7
  • Solid experience in UNIX and LINUX
  • Good knowledge of RDMS such as Oracle, DB2 and MySQL

9.) Specialist Diesel and Utility Administrator



Location: Abuja,NG

Job Summary

  • Process diesel (AGO) invoices and maintain comprehensive database of AGO deliveries and costs
  • Monitor generator capacity and run hours

Principal Functions
  • Prepare comparative analyses of diesel deliveries versus PHCN/ hybrid usage
  • Monitor expected savings from utility and hybrid systems of network operations
  • Collate diesel invoices from EOT vendors and input required data in diesel tracker accurately
  • Work closely with the Finance team to track end-to-end payment of diesel invoices and utility bills
  • Update and maintain database of diesel delivery, generator capacity and run hours, and sites connected to PHCN/ hybrid systems
  • Ensure sites with repeated diesel theft or outrageous diesel consumption are highlighted for proper investigation and control
  • Maintain record of correspondences between the company and EOT vendors/ suppliers on diesel delivery issues and ensure diesel discrepancy/ surcharge records are kept
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on diesel delivery/ consumption and regional cost
  • Prepare in-depth dashboard report for all utilities invoices as inputs for management decision
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager-Electrical & Mechanical

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline

Experience Skills & Competencies
  • At least 4 years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
